Jackson Grayson

I started working at Instant Signs in January of 2022, and during my time here I've been trained to complete myriad of different tasks. Some of these include mounting vinyl signs, cutting, taping, and grommeting banners, and much more. I've also worked extensively with materials such as corrugated plastic, PVC, foam board, and maxmetal. I've been trained to do field installs of window, wall, and vehicle graphics as well. I started working here as an intern to fulfill my internship hours for my high school during my senior year, and was hired after about four months. During my time working here, I've also done work for the hobby shop, which is the other half of the business. Through the hobby shop, I've learned a lot about customer service and working with people, as well as counting the drawer and closing the store. This is my first job, and the experience has been invaluable.
