I believe that all students can learn. Not all students learn the same way, but instead, they have their own unique ways of learning. I Believe it is my job as a teacher to meet the educational needs of each student I come into contact with by meeting their needs through modification and accommodation as well as putting in my best possible effort to see that all students can learn.

It is my duty to make sure that students feel comfortable and safe in my classroom. This also pair's with making sure students are obeying my instructions. To do this, I will post clear specific instructions on the wall of what i expect from students as well as tell students often by reminding them. I believe that  a controlled classroom that allows for student engagement, switching from activity to activity,  proper disciplinary actions, and student safety and comfortability, is a great way to promote education to students to show that  care.
