  • Started at the bottom of the hierarchy as a pledge, went on to lead jobs as a Senior Captain within two weeks. Within six weeks was running estimates as a part of a 2 man team handling in excess of 70 estimates per week. Quickly learned new/updated HUNKS interfaces as well as practices and procedures specific to the franchise. Crucial part of the leadership team and led multiple meetings and trainings including: Sales, Leadership, and Managerial. Position required humility, professionalism, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work well with others.

  • Started with no prior experience in the trade, quickly gained comprehensive experience and knowledge with residential and commercial new construction and service, underground service and install, industrial service and install, as well as low voltage, VFD's, generators, lighting control panels, meter packs, and MDP’s. Did extensive work on lifts and in the company bucket truck including drop service hookups during clean up efforts post hurricanes Idalia, Helene and Milton. Completed two semesters in the FEAT (Florida Electrical Apprentice Training) program and finished top of the class both semesters. Position required being coachable, learning on the job, and strong work ethic.

  • Company Overview: Catholic Youth Sports League/Apopka Recreational Soccer League
  • Officiating youth soccer games for the Diocese of Orlando and Apopka Recreational Soccer League. Age groups K-12. Worked up to Head of Officials for the Youth Diocese League and then Apopka RSL. Responsible for observing and maintaining officiating standards for all officials. As well as critiquing and advising referees, monitoring adherence to game rules and supervising fair play and good sportsmanship among players, coaches, and parents.   • Started as a Junk Captain, working predominantly in two-man teams, responsible for pitching, estimating and closing jobs on site. Subsequently was promoted to Senior Captain tasked with training and evaluating future Captains. As Junk Manager was in charge of scheduling all jobs, crew members, directing day to day tasks of all crews, handling all money transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Transferred to the Move Team which is structured similarly, but on a larger scale. As a Move Captain, worked in up to ten man teams responsible for packing and moving entire homes within a pre-estimated time frame. Promoted to Manager and then promoted again to Lead Captain and Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, participated in quality assurance checks, inventory, interviewing all potential employees, and advanced training and development of the existing team leaders. Specialized in sales, customer satisfaction, and development of captains. All positions required leadership skills, high energy, time management skills, strong work ethic, and extensive customer service interaction.
