• Manage all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax preparation.
• Answer telephone calls, emails and text messages to assist customers in making reservations.

• Increase tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and resolving maintenance issues.
• Negotiate favorable terms for legal lease agreements, securing optimal rental rates and requests from tenants.

Short-Term Rental House

• Respond in a timely matter to guest inquiries and questions.
• Keep Airbnb, Vrbo listing calendars up-to-date with availability and pricing.
• Maintain a spotless environment for our short-term rental guests through cleaning and diligent housekeeping tasks.
• Inventory supplies and keep house well stocked for guest satisfaction.

• Complete grant money applications and agreements.
• Send in monthly grooming reports to the Colorado Snowmobile Association.
• Keep club insurance, Forest Service Permits and truck registration up to date.
• Handle all aspects of the club's finances. Organizing quickbooks, filing taxes, membership fees, grant money, event fundraising and grooming donations.
• Maintain active club members contact sheets and notify all members of upcoming club meetings and events.
• Coordinate monthly club meetings and schedule events and fundraisers.
• Record, type and send out meeting minutes.
• Keep the club's website and social media pages updated with new information.
• Complete annual Charity Reports.
