Supervised a milling and clean up crew to maintain strict deadlines and keep everything running smoothly and safely.

Operated asphalt milling machines for my first 3 years before switching into a mechanics rolls. Spent the next 2 years as a mechanic maintaining a fleet of 42 asphalt mills to ensure they all were running properly and able to perform when needed. After that i was made a foreman in charge of a four man milling crew making sure jobs were completed safely and efficiently.

Safely operate a variety of earth moving construction equipment. Work in high stress environments to keep production moving amongst large crew.
