  • As a tech 3 I continued my smartpac network SME development by helping launch ELP1 and SAN3 smartpac program. I also traveled to 3 sites (BOI2, Den3, and San3) and gave metric training to roughly 40 technicians who came from sites all around the united states. I have trained multiple technicians at BFI4 and pose as a leader and someone they can talk to and trust. As a tech 3 I PM load balance, track metrics, and help maintain our most important pieces of equipment.
