SDF6/LUK7 FC Launch - Customer Returns, Helped launch SDF6/LUK7 Fulfillment Centers by training Amazon Associates in most departments including customer returns, Heat and Refurb, Problem Solve, and Quality Assurance. 

Department Launch - Team and Mechanical Lift, Set the standard work process for item returns that weigh over fifty pounds. Supervised initial launch while training a new supervisor to run the department. 

AMXL DA Onboarding Pilot - Helped with an onboarding pilot that involved creating a powerpoint, 8 hours class syllabus, and showing other members of leadership on how to lead the 8 hour class based around onboarding training to help drivers become acclimated to their day to day work life, and safety training to avoid any incidents on road or in station. 

AMXL Pallet Delivery Pilot - Organized new standard work to provide feedback and data on a new delivery service that involved the delivery of an entire pallet of product. This involved setting a standard on how to certify other members of leadership on how to train drivers to deliver pallets safely utilizing a pallet jack and the liftgate of a DOT box truck.
