- Jan 2022 During TOM/SHIPDOCK/CENTRAL Dock Deep Dive, found 3 unmarked loaded trailers with customer orders 2 trailers being virtually departed 1 dwelling load incorrectly labeled lost within the yard (10k customer owned orders $100k+ value)
- BFL1 Peak 21’ was sent to help assist mid shift ship dock team and was able to rebuild and set standard work to achieve a 70% reduction in rolled freight and a 90% reduction in dock owned lates
- I have been able to Successfully developed 9 T1 to T3 AA’s, 2 T1-L4 salary leaders providing my knowledge and experience to train L4-L6 management on basic Ship dock operation and ship clerk roll
