Summary

I believe im a good candidate for the Manufacturing Supervisor position because of my extensive background in various work situations while supervising employees in the past and projecting team work as a core value. Something that stands out about me is im very personable and understanding while still being directive in a well spoken manner. Im great at diffusing situations and being a team player in environments where others are struggling. I often take on and volunteer to help in situations im not required to help others complete tasks and ensure the job gets done the right way. I also think this job would suite me because I have learned computer software programs such as JD Edwards, CAT SIS 2.0 and ECAT. I use microsoft word and excell with my current position and can learn new programs with proper training. I have family members who have retired from SEL and know just how great of a career it is. Thank you for considering me for the position.
