Responsible for, at various times, implementing user-requested customization to supplied software suite products and resolving client issues with same, utilizing domain-specific software suites as well as JavaScript, SQL and C#. Involved both high-level analyses of system and use-case requirements as well as development, documentation and implementation of fixes for clients.

• A team member responsible for the development and testing of a proprietary software solution for a telecom service company, working with many in-house tools to deliver customer-facing technology.
