• Lead and disciple 70+ seasonal and summer staff into their God-given purpose.
• Cultivate a space for over 4,500 guests to experience and know the love of Jesus this summer.
• Recruit and interview summer staff candidates to fulfill Christ's mission at Carolina Creek.
• Collaborate with directors to develop and implement summer standards.
• Manage seasonal and summer staff payrolls.

Guest Experience Host (2024)

• Led up to 20 seasonal staff and interns to provide biblical hospitality to thousands.
• Developed standard operating procedures to set a foundation for our department.
• Adapted to changes for the group on site to best fulfill their retreat mission, Carolina Creek's mission, and the greater mission of the Kingdom.

Guest Experience Intern (2023)

• Led a team of 10 to 12 seasonal staff to provide biblical hospitality to thousands.
• Developed set-up, cleaning, and teardown plans in preparation for guest groups.

Program Team Intern (2022)

• Led 14-16 summer counselors, cultivating a mission-minded culture focused on Jesus.
• Contributed to curriculum development and team-building exercises that emphasized Jesus and the greater mission.

• Guided, mentored, and counseled adolescents and at-risk youth to begin their faith in Jesus Christ, or grow deeper in their relationship with Him.
• Led groups through challenge courses to develop teamwork and leadership skills.
• Cultivated Christ-centered relationships with staff.
