Receive product from dock using a fork lift or pallet jack.

Match the packing list with the proper paperwork.

Load product on box truck according to customers order.

Build custom pallets for our ongoing customers. Which will include custom boxes, foam, and sometimes anti static bags.

We also ship freight shipments that we cover with protective cardboard.

Daily inventory after each order.

Other warehouse duties that include sweeping and keeping a clean area, organizing product, and maintenance.

Training new employees and leading the warehouse crew

Picked and packed orders daily.

Coordinate international deliveries from local deliveries.

Cycle count and conduct inventory.

Use electric pallet jacks, “stackers”, and scissor lifts to pull orders and monitor inventory.

Build, and wrap all pallets for shipment.

Conduct quality control on all items being shipped out.

Basic warehouse duties including waste management, recycling cardboard, and cleaning/ maintenance.

• Used handheld scanner to pull various electrical parts for packaging and shipping. Used shipping program to generate packing slips and put boxes in designated areas. Operated forklift to pull parts on higher shelves and load, unload trucks. Built, wrapped and strapped pallets to be ready for shipment. Helped take inventory and cycle count of entire warehouse. General upkeep of tools and area.

• I work in the sorting room emptying the bins from the sorting machine, and answering phone calls from Patrons. I also work up front issuing library cards, checking in and out books, and helping out with any questions about the library or its monthly activities. Shelving books and media in proper Dewey decimal order, maintaining a clean library for the public, answering various customer service questions.

• Pulled orders from cold rooms and freezers. Packaged and sent items using FedEx and UPS shipping programs. Created packing slips and received inventory using AX program. Used forklift to receive pallets and organize warehouse. I also now currently work in the Optigen lab on an assembly line. I operate a machine that welds allergy testers, and using the leak testing machine to ensure the product has no leaks. I also work in packaging getting products labeled and ready to be shipped out.

• Delivering electrical parts throughout the greater Bay Area, driving a flatbed truck and transporting transformers and other electrical equipment to various job sites. Maintaining the warehouse and operating a forklift.

• Responsible for keeping products in stock for order pullers to complete their order, checking inventory. Product rotation, light maintenance & janitorial. Pulled orders and built pallets to be ready for delivery.

• Guide cars onto track to wash & hand dry cars.
