As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor I have been responsible for helping supervise up to 10 employees daily. I helped plan and assign daily duties to crew members. I supervised and assisted crews in the repairs and maintenance of roads, the upkeep and replacement of culvert pipes, assisting with fellow employee equipment training, and handling public service requests.

With over 25 years of experience in the Road Department, I have worked my way up and was promoted to Assistant Maintenance Supervisor from a Road Worker.
