My job here is to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the members here to workout in, and to help the members with anything to help satisfy their time here at the gym. I also help people how to use machines and structure workout programs for them to help achieve their goals
My role is to help the youth improve they're Basketball skills regardless of the level they may be at. I enjoy the part where the children are having a really fun time learning the game and wanting to improve it encourages me to become a better coach. I used to play in College, so I like to be able to pass and share the knowledge I gained with the all the years I've been playing to the youth.
My role was to help create and structure organized activities for the children to help keep them engaged and occupied for they're time there. I also had to tackle on the many challenges the kids may have faced and I was they're safe space for when they needed to be heard or whenever they needed the guidance. I enjoyed my time encouraging them to be the best version of themselves and the respectable bonds I was able to create with all the kids along the way.
My main goal was to help the youth improve themselves not only on the basketball court, but off the court as well as human beings. The kids were more advanced skill wise, but we tackled on the challenge to help find ways to improve their skill sets to even higher levels.
