Jacob Hargis

Jacob is an environmental professional with seven years of experience as a wildlife biologist, project manager, and compliance specialist. He has conducted due diligence site assessments for project siting, prepared biological constraints analysis and resource assessments, led wildlife surveys, habitat assessments, bat acoustic studies, and special-status species monitoring while navigating state and federal permitting and project approval processes for clients. His expertise also includes state/federal regulatory compliance, technical report preparation, and overseeing compliance programs.

As a consulting biologist and project manager, he has gained experience in his career that focuses on teamwork, leadership, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. He has experience managing and supporting projects through all phases—from initial design to post construction compliance. His industry experience spans renewable energy, public utilities, transportation, waters, and large-scale development.
