Guide clients through demanding mountain terrain, adapting instruction and route selection to a wide range of riding abilities. Lead groups ranging from first-time riders to experienced backcountry riders while prioritizing safety, terrain/snowpack awareness, and demonstrating proper riding techniques, quick decision-making, and group communication.
