- Strategically leads and manages 84 Active Duty and 10 Air Force reservist weapons personnel for loading and maintenance actions in support of 23 B-1B Bomber Aircraft valued at 11.5 billion dollars.

- Advises Aircraft Maintenance Units supervision and the Wing Weapons Manger on factors effecting armament systems reliabilities related to program software and weapons systems testing equipment.

-Collects, evaluates and analyzes Quality Assurance inspection results for maintenance trends and safety issues. Implements and provides guidance for corrective actions and safety issues.

- Oversees inspections on explosive loaded aircraft and insures munitions safety adherence though strict techinical data usage and forms documentations supporting the 7 Bomb Wings mission taskings.

-Evaluates quality of equipment, training programs and maintenance actions performed by 1.3 thousand maintainers in support of 43 F-16 fighter aircraft valued at 1.2 billion dollars.

-Publishes Quality Assurance information which initiates cross-tell to resolve adverse maintenance trends. Reviews Technical Compliance Orders, directed one-time inspections and Air Force Technical Orders changes.

-Conducts investigations for personnel injuries, aircraft and vehicle incidents, unusual occurrences and develops special studies for maintenance trends.

-Submits major repair information to aircraft engineers and complies complex data to provide deport level repairs and technical data updates to maintenance technicians.

-Coordinates munition movements, devises aircraft configurations and documents weapons expenditures executing the fiscal years strategies for a 5.6 million dollar munitions account.

-Directs 14 weapons load crews consisting of 3 members each through armament systems and loading repairs for piloted reported discrepancies on 25 F-15 fighter aircraft valued at 1.4 billion dollars.

-Manages 1,000 pieces of alternate mission equipment items and oversees the installation, removal and troubleshooting of all assets.

-Orchestrates organizational level equipment inspections and repairs. Schedules 1,300 equipment inspections and corrects and tracks all equipment defects the Wings Weapons Manager.

-Responsible to the Maintenance Group Commander for Technical Order programs and deficiency reporting for 21 F-16 fighter aircraft and support equipment.

-Manages and trains 30 Technical Order Distributions Admins on 14 sub-accounts totaling 22,000 Technical Order books, with 145 GETAV Laptops and 18 workstations vales at over 503,000 dollars.

-Oversees the reprogramming of 82 digital laptops containing over 100,000 electronic files and secures and installs crucial updates to keep machines running smoothly .
