Work duties pertaining to the sales of stone product, would include the creation of estimates and or invoices of current or new customers. Current customers would be contractors in the mason business that need product for upcoming jobs, whereas new customers are referred to anyone not already in our system or as a retail customer.

Tracking purchase orders through other outside manufacturers and quarries.

Create trailer loads of product to be either delivered or picked up.

Help create and maintain our internal trucking of products.

Maintain the stone yard and oversee product sorting to its corresponding place. Utilize loaders, skidsters, forklifts and other machinery to maintain standards of appearence.

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Kept bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
• Followed alcohol awareness procedures for preventing excessive guest intoxication.

• Used scanners to quickly locate and track items in warehouse.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve daily pick and pack goals.
• Prepared orders by processing requests, pulled materials from warehouse, packed boxes, and prepared shipments.
• Kept tidy and organized warehouse to comply with cleanliness standards.

• Cleaned and maintained warehouse in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Oversaw upkeep of equipment and physical condition of warehouse, identifying and ordering needed repairs, renovations, and replacements.
• Kept documentation and records accurate and up-to-date with latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery.
