Jacob McCollam

I am a dynamic and compassionate leader with a strong volunteer and athletic experience. I volunteered with my baseball team for a facility that caters to special needs baseball, helping athletes in the development of their skills while offering a friendly and supportive environment. As an unpaid counselor at Camp Horizons, I helped campers to mentor and guide them, offering a safe, fun, and rewarding summer experience. I was also captain of my wrestling and baseball teams, establishing tone, motivating team members, and building a strong sense of team. These have assisted me in developing good communication, adaptability, and leadership skills. Experience with cross-cultural groups has aided me in playing a greater role in taking responsibility, motivating individuals, and influencing my community positively. I am passionate about mentorship, service, and values-driven leadership in every aspect of my life.
