Jacob Mertl

I’m a motivated and outgoing business student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a passion for leadership, customer service, and building strong relationships. I currently work at Golf Galaxy as a Club Technician, where I’ve developed hands-on skills in club repair, custom fitting, and providing personalized support to golfers of all levels.

In addition to my work in golf, I’m interning at Lake Mead Christian Academy Church, where I assist the pastor with planning, coordinating events, and supporting community outreach. I love being part of a team and naturally connect with people—I’m a strong public speaker, a positive presence in any crowd, and someone who enjoys making others feel welcome and supported.

I graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA and continue to carry that same focus and work ethic into my college career. I take pride in being helpful, reliable, and enthusiastic about every opportunity to learn and lead.
