• Advanced Camp – Cadet Summer Training (CST), 06/2021, 07/2021, Advanced Camp is a 38-day training event that is designated to assess a Cadet’s ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic Officer leadership tasks. Cadets are evaluated on their ability to lead at the Squad and Platoon levels.
• Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course – IBOLC, 11/2023, 04/2024, IBOLC is a 19-week training located at Fort Moore, Georgia (Fort Benning) which aims to train new commissioned officers to qualify them for their MOS (Military Occupation Specialty) as Infantry Platoon Leaders. IBOLC focuses on leadership skills in different leadership roles, tactical proficiency, land navigation, and physical fitness including the RPA (Ranger Physical Assessment), patrolling, Operational training, and Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
• Unit Movement Officer Course – UMOC, 12/2024, 12/2024, UMOC is a 2-week (80 hours) training course that teaches soldiers how to plan and execute the deployment and redeployment of their unit’s equipment. This course teaches soldiers load planning, blocking and bracing, hazardous materials, and the process of moving equipment to and from deployment.
• JRTC Rotation – Joint Readiness Training Center, 05/2025, 07/2025, JRTC is a combat training area located at Fort Polk, Louisiana designed to provide realistic and high stress combat training for units to prepare for upcoming deployments.
• Combat deployment – Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR), 07/2025, 02/2026, Served in a combat zone in Baghdad, Iraq as an Executive Officer (XO) in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. OIR is a Combine Joint Task Force aimed to defeat ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) in Iraq and Syria. Provided security while transporting high ranking officials, sensitive and mission-essential equipment, and commercial vehicles across Iraq. Acted as QRF (quick reaction force) for my company and adjacent US and Coalition units. Helped manage property book for US Army equipment assigned to my Company Commander, with equipment valued at $33 million. Organized and tracked US military equipment and transported it off base. Coordinated transportation movement requests for equipment, with an estimated value of $60 million. Acted as a commander for 30 soldiers while separated from the rest of my company. Served as the Unit Safety Officer for the company to provide a safe work environment while on base. Maintained, stored, and distributed over 100,000 rounds of ammunition and explosives with an estimated value of $5 million. Assisted with the deployment and redeployment of our unit’s equipment. Was awarded the Bronze Star medal.
