• Responsible for managing approximately 3000 devices across the region ranging from diagnostic tools and patient monitoring devices to surgical and imaging machines
• Investigate and diagnose device malfunctions and perform repairs when required
• Providing a well documented database of equipment and recording data such as repairs, inventory, and usage status
• Leading and assisting with many organization-wide projects such as Epic integration and installment of Philips PIC iX patient monitor systems
• Trained hospital staff on proper usage of equipment to provide better healthcare and extend the lifetime of equipment

• Repair various display panels for use in advertising and performance venues
