Driven by a commitment to excellence, I leveraged my persuasive abilities and rapid learning skills at Raising Canes Chicken Fingers to enhance customer experiences and team success by bringing in an unheard of amount of surveys with positive feedback. Demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude by showing up at least 5 minutes early everyday. I excel in customer service and problem-solving in not only keeping our customers satisfied but bringing in more of them to get more business revenue, significantly contributing to achieving and surpassing any goals set by my higher ups. I used determination and sheer willpower to learn how to sell effectively with Moxie over the summer and using those skilled was projected to make over 60k my first summer out. Over 100 sales for the total summer I was averaging 3 a day doing door to door knocking. I was consistently the top of leaderboard for most adults pitched with one of the better sales reps on the team even outpacing some 2nd and 3rd year reps.
