Jacob Puckett

I feel that most of my abilities can be attributed to my many years of playing sports. There, I learned about discipline, dedication, and the pursuit of overcoming obstacles. I was taught to strive to be better than who I was before. I hold those core ideals close to me and use them in my current job, applying what I learned then to my work.

My time at Gringos Tex-Mex was my first introduction to what to expect in the workforce. It was a lot to take in, but I learned so much during the eight years I worked there, such as etiquette, working in a public place, time management, and how to be efficient in a busy environment.

• In my off time, I write stories or record gameplay to edit for YouTubers or friends
• If I'm not working, I'm most likely helping around the home with my parents or grandparents with cleaning, cooking, or just being there when they need me, as a big family man

• I received awards for good sportsmanship and mannered back when I played sports when I was younger
• In high school, I was gifted small rewards for my good etiquette and hard-working skills
• At Gringo's Tex-Mex, I was rewarded with discounts for my hard-working displays
