Dig into metrics daily to ensure instock and FTPR for our online and in store customers. Manage and run an effective team as the primary person over a specific area ensuring to teach and train our associates how to do their everyday job but also to be forward thinkers and give them the knowledge and empowerment to make good decisions. Looks into weekly trends like how many orders a day and what hours on different days are busy to predict what future weeks will look like for staffing opportunities in my department.

Loaded GM trucks for Walmart in a safe efficient manner. We serviced 124 Walmarts in three different states. Made sure all trucks I loaded were neatly and nicely stacked to ensure product wasn’t damaged when enroute to stores.

Six months in I was eligible to test to be a trainer in my department and passed to be a trainer on the day I hit 6 months. Was in charge of training new associates in the processes of how all equipment we used daily worked and showed them the proper way to load trucks seal off trailers and get them put into the system that they were ready to go.

Worked in overflow which was all the boxes that didn’t scan correctly to trucks. Had to sort all boxes into the specific areas for individual trucks to ensure stores were getting what they were billed for.
