My Primary Role with Allied Universal is Security Operations Center Operator at a DOD Secret Clearance Site. Some of my Tasks/Knowledge Include

• Monitoring a large DOD Site with a Massive Array of CCTV Cameras in a Secured Operations Room
• Monitoring all Access Control Points such as Gates, Lift arms & Secure Doors
• Monitor & Control Access using Software such as Lenel & SAP
• Develop incident reports detailing observations and actions taken during incidents.
• Conducted regular patrols, identifying and reporting potential security risks.
• Monitored and authorized entrance and departure of vehicles, cargo trucks, and visitors.
• Conduct Daily Activity Reports by Monitoring all POC's such as Radios, Phones & Police/Fire Scanners and filling out a Activity Report with any and all information about the shift for the day.
• regularly handle high speed/high stress alarms for Secure Secret Clearance locations which include dispatching officers & writing detailed reports about specific interactions or events

I was asked to Return to work for Simon Says at their New Location in 2021 which I accepted for a higher Position/Pay. During my time at Simon Says I Filled the role of Head of Online Sales where I Handled both Previous in Store tasks as well as all Tasks related to the Online Portion of the business. Some of my Tasks Included:

• Procuring Detailed Ebay Listings Including Photos & Descriptions of Items for sale
• Handling all Shipping/Handling Procedures for Sold items in a timely Manner
• Customer Service for Questions about items or Returned items
• Boosted online sales by developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
• Monitoring online reviews closely to address any negative feedback promptly while also capitalizing on positive testimonials.

During my time at High Chase Assisted Living I mostly worked 3rd shift positions, my daily tasks Included:

• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Performing daily routines and activities for clients, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and hygiene assistance.
• Addressing emergency situations with calm and efficiency, ensuring resident safety.
• Monitored premises to ensure safety and security of Residents and property. (Routine rounds of Facility to ensure no emergency's or break-ins)

I Greatly Enjoyed my time at Xfire Paintball & Airsoft. My Job Role was Primarily Handling Front Sales of Paintball & Airsoft Equipment but also working in the back as a Hands on Technician for Paintball & Airsoft Products that needed Upgrades or Repairs. Some Skills I Advanced while working here include:

• Providing Excellent Knowledge & Customer Service to both New & Experienced Airsoft/Paintball Players
• Great understanding of Upselling & how to meet customer's needs
• Extreme Knowledge/Understanding of Internal workings of Both Paintball&Airsoft Toys and how to Repair or Maintenance them
• Managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing discrepancies.
• Training new employees on sales techniques and customer service practices.

Simon Says is a Pawn Shop that i worked at for about 3 Years, I enjoyed my time at this job and learned many skills such as:

• Negotiating fair prices for both buying and selling items while maintaining profitability goals for the business.
• Familiarizing myself with appraisal techniques for various merchandise types.
• Acquired knowledge of loan processes and payment schedules.
• Complying with local, state and federal laws in reviewing identification, obtaining thumbprints and verifying serial numbers against law enforcement databases.
• Collaborating with law enforcement agencies to report stolen property or suspicious activities detected during daily operations.
• Resolving customer disputes tactfully and professionally to maintain positive customer experiences. (De-Escalation Tactics)
• Excellent Customer Service Both in Person & Online for Ebay Disputes
