I am driven and service-oriented additionally as EMT and Firefighting certified professional with a strong foundation in emergency medical care from my time with Pedro Menendez health academy visiting the Flagler Hospital daily. I successfully served as squad leader during EMT school demonstrating integrity, accountability, teamwork, and leadership under pressure as well as physical fitness and team collaboration as a leader and team member. My diverse background in carpentry, culinary work, competitive swimming, wrestling/Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and team leadership's built resilience, adaptability, and sharp problem-solving skills ideal for the dynamic demands of the fire service.
With a strong mindset and work ethic, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the departments life saving mission to serve those in need and protect the safety of the community. I am also eager to continue my education, with clear goals of earning my paramedic certification and pursuing a bachelors degree further strengthening my ability to serve, lead, and grow within the St. Johns Fire Rescue Service.
