As Team Trainer, I had a thorough understanding of new products and procedures in order to train new team members. I was responsible for leading new product and procedure training, coaching, and following up with the team to ensure that they successfully learned any new subjects. I had to help develop problem-solving skills within new team members, along with effective communication skills.
