• Efficiently communicate and cooperate with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Agents at government facilities.

• Collected basic samples such as blood and urine, labeling specimens properly and transferring to laboratory for testing.

• Communicated between nurses, physicians, patients, and visitors.
• Administered basic wound care, including irrigation and complex dressings.
• Applied orthopedic devices such as post-molds, air casts, and immobilizers.
• Performed EKGs efficiently and effectively, including within 10 minute time frames for various cardiac related symptoms.

Two-week Assignment

• Deployed with FEMA to New Jersey during beginning of Covid-19 pandemic.
• Responded to 911 EMS calls.
• Treated and transported patients to nearby hospitals
• Performed field assessments.
• Rapidly adapted to local state guidelines and new EMS jurisdiction guidelines.

On-call Basis

• Evaluated situations at emergency sites to determine and execute most effective methods for saving life and property.
