Through my experiences in starting my own business and volunteering, I’ve developed a variety of skills, especially in communication and leadership. Leadership is all about using your voice to guide others while making smart and strategic decisions. Striving for self-improvement has always been a personal goal, as the sense of accomplishment and dedication that comes from seeing real progress is incredibly rewarding. Everyone has goals they want to achieve, but reaching them requires a mindset that sets you apart. Qualities like dedication are what separate people, including myself, from the rest, helping me grow as a person, achieve my goals, and continue pushing myself to new challenges.
