• Process diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing Services. Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms and reports to submit to Director of Food Services.

• Provide customer assistance and document customer interactions.
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues.
• Escalate issues to next Tier with next level of difficulty.
• Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

• Assist in installing and repairing residential heating and air units, lift heavy equipment up ladders and in small crawl spaces.
• Perform maintenance, repair, modification, replacement and installation of centrifugal chillers and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with copper, cpvc, or pvc pipe work.
• Run PVC for HVAC applications.
• Pump down and re-cover all refrigerant within EPA regulations.
• Work in outside conditions, in crawl spaces, and ladders.
• Assist technicians in installation of new furnaces and air conditioning condensers.
• Install Honeywell, Trane, Johnson controls, and Siemens thermostats.
• Assist journeymen with water/air cool chillers and help maintain cooling tower pumps and motors.
• Assist journeymen and foremen by any means necessary while acquiring knowledge of trade.
• Skilled in maintaining difficult balances of variety of HVAC/R controls and complicate motor controls.
• Assist lead technician in maintaining/repairing heating ventilation & chillers commercially.
• Read blueprints that include plumbing, pipe, electrical, duck work, and sprinkler lines.
• Maintain HVAC and building automation systems by regularly performing troubleshooting on equipment and resolving any problems
