  • Responsibilities are: Tool preparation of the tools getting them ready for layup. I use several different chemicals and methods per the specifications to complete this process.
  • Fabricate composite parts per the engineering and specifications.
  • Bagging of completed layup parts ready for the autoclave oven to cure out the parts.
  • Debag the composite parts and get them ready for trim and drill.
  • Enhanced product quality by conducting thorough inspections and identifying areas for improvement in composite fabrication.
