• As a Product Owner, I worked closely with the Product Manager and UX/UI team to identify and manage business requirements through SAFe agile practices. To help the team with clarity on driving innovation, I created detailed Gherkin style stories and managed the team’s backlog always keeping a watchful eye of spotting future blockers. • As a Product Manager I am tasked with growing the SentriLock ‘Showing Service’ application. Doing so requires developing a deep knowledge of the real estate market and Relators. I collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. The application began as a UI/UX redesign of the Showing Service primary application along with a few clients facing application.

• As a Sr Product Owner for Paycor’s Salesforce Implementation team I was responsible for owning the fiscal year roadmap, that I align any business changes with Implementation’s senior leaders, and Product Manager. I was also the main point of contact for the product backlog items which I create based off business priority level after maintaining developers’ available capacity levels. When the need for new features arrived, I created featured requirements into productive user stories that define and align with the Implementation department’s goals and business values. I was tasked with ensuring that Paycor’s >90% say/do metric is executed, which I have succeeded and excelled.
• As a Team Agile Coach/Scrum Master, my daily duties as an Agile coach/scrum master included running daily stand up for thirty developers across 3 teams, I took daily measurements of ongoing tasks and progress of all developer’s stories. To help remove any impediments that arise from business or technical requirements. I also coordinate and led two-week sprint planning meetings, and the 2-week retrospective meetings. Following the retrospective meetings, I conduct follow-up meetings to achieve a new process for the teams ‘ideas for improvement’ and ‘new action items’ that were discussed in the meetings. Finally, I organize discussions with leadership to discuss details obtained from the team retrospective meetings.

• As a Senior Business Analysis, I worked directly with the Agile environment to identify and manage business requirements through Air Force Research Labs projects from initial analysis documentation and development through testing and demonstration to leaders in the Research Lab. As a Product Owner I worked closely with the Agile team to create PEGA stories that captured the processes and requirements.

• Kroger Company: Program Consultant February 2019 – July 2020
• As Program Consultant I reported directly to the Senior Program Manager for the Ocado project. My duties included meeting with multiple project managers weekly for status updates that I would combine and present on a weekly basis. While also completing other tasks as needed to keep the multi divisional program on task with the Program Manager.
• Kroger Company: Product Owner – January 2018 – February 2019
• As Product Owner I lead three teams in a SAFe Agile environment two from the Health and Wellness (H&W) department and a team from Customer Experience Group (CXP) in the successful deliver of three major initiatives. The first H&W team was tasked to deploy a new Pharmacy system that required us to identify and separate all pharmacy data from other store operational data and populate the new Pharmacy system. The second H&W team focus was to update the system with the new federal government regulations for pharmacies electronic drug system. CXP’s goal was to improve delivery time to produce customer emails from initial brainstorming through final creation by coordinating with Marketing and Cloud services teams.
• Streamlined processes by leveraging data analysis tools, resulting in improved project deliverables.

• As a Project Manager, I coordinated with multiple teams in the development of new invoice formats and loading the invoice repository within SAP. Once a division(s) development has been completed I managed the planning and organizing of the weekend invoice testing and updating SAP from their legacy system.

• During the project initiation of our 8-week timeline I was responsible for collecting requirements, writing user stories, and constructing Scope Documents for both sides of the UI/UX and Infrastructure teams. I also lead the discovery phase for the rewrite of the WPCU website, in the deployment of a more comprehensible SharePoint 2016 website. I created the questionnaires, and led the user, stakeholder, and technologic requirement sessions. I then created user click flows, along with a user feedback matrix.

• As a BA, I was responsible for collecting requirements, creating user stories, and constructing Scope Documents for five unique projects. During the initial stages of each project, the project owner, project manager, and I meet to discuss the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) of the business’s need. I identified the high-level requirements that would become the scope and epic stories that were to be delivered by the IT department’s Product Owner.

• GE: Project Manager – October 2015 – March 2016
• I was part of a small IT team for GE that was responsible for the planning and managing the migration of approximately 160 virtual servers to a single cloud environment. I also lead a second project where I managed is in the final stages of redeveloping the internal customer billing/invoice processes.

• In this position I coordinated with our IT and telecom teams in the implementation and modification of Macy’s IVR for both Customers and employees. This improved customer experience and our employees’ ability to transfer calls. I participated in weekly project meetings and was accountable for creating and updating departmental project documentation in support of corporate releases.
