The first H&W team was tasked to deploy a new Pharmacy system that required us to identify and separate all pharmacy data from other store operational data and populate the new Pharmacy system. The second H&W team focus was to update the system with the new federal government regulations for pharmacies electronic drug system. CXP’s goal was to improve delivery time to produce customer emails from initial brainstorming through final creation by coordinating with Marketing and Cloud services teams.
