I am a cook at Sweeny paradigm , for the past year my duties went from being a server and cook to doing manager duties . I make the inventory list , I check with the residents of their likes and dislikes the residents love me here , I do the schedule for my team , and talk to my team when things are not appropriate, i do interviews and training .
