Experience: OCT. 2010 to December 2012; Prescribed Load List (PLL) Clerk / Maintenance Management System Supervisor / Clerk, 617th Engineer Support Company. Ft. Lewis, Washington.

Responsible for the management and training of six soldiers, built the supply room from the ground up, thus establishing a more organized filing system for all turn-in, storage, and received parts. Daily group meetings and briefings on current supply status reports, DOD systems, and workload requirements for the day, week, or month. Developed, maintained, and organized all records referencing the ordering, pick-up, and turn-in of various military equipment. First introduction to the GCSS-Army and Logistical Modernization Program (LMP).

Experience: October 2009 to October 2010; Stock Control NCOIC, 595th CS Maintenance Company, Yongsan, Korea.

* Compiled data from contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports. Senior NCOIC of inventory, purchasing, shipping, and receiving records. Provided knowledge of our companies Standard of operating procedures to three Korean soldiers while training them successfully on the Army's GCSS-A Logistical system.

Supervised and worked with six local national workers and two soldiers, processing over 32,442 critical, multi-class repair parts and supplies. Received over 65,000 Class II, III, VII, and IV parts. Over 200,000 parts in all classes were processed, stored, and/or shipped. Worked closely with the KBR contracting company employees, attended, and participated in several media briefings to negate any deficiencies slowing soldier readiness linked to Sustainment and Logistical Information Systems for the Global Combat Support Systems-Army (GCSS-A) to interface with applicable supply chain and plant maintenance automation systems, ensuring cohesive and constant communication flow between the military, contractors, and local nationals.

Experience: January 2007 to July 2008, Receiving Section Clerk/Records Manager, 3-1 Infantry Brigade. Ft. Hood, Texas.

Participated in the establishment of the initial Automated Stockage List (ASL), while assisting with the creation of the new receiving and vital administration records. Supported the unit supply supervisors and senior leaders in the GCSS-Army throughout the development of the 3-1 Infantry Brigade SSA's standup.

* Maintained 98% accountability accuracy for over 3,000 ASL lines valued at over 14 million dollars, while aiding in the process of finding new locations for over 1,300 ASL Class IX parts valued at over 1.5 million dollars. Participated in a 100% storage inventory, resulting in a 96% accuracy rate. Unpacked, counted, processed, and re-packaged all received parts, accomplishing 50 to 150 items stored or issued per day. Provided support with all turn-in logistical equipment, maintenance plans, and utilized GCSS-Army Equipment Situational Reports to the section supply sergeant.
