I am a dedicated employee that always strives to do the best with any job/task given to complete. I have been performing the duties of 2 full time positions consistently for 4 years. I have held the position of Director of Nursing and MDS/Careplan Coordinator since January of 2019. I have been either the MDS Coordinator, the Director of Nursing or both for a total of 22 years at the same facility with the exception of approximately 6 months in 2016. I am looking for a position that utilizes my current skills while allowing for new experiences without requiring on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
