• I have a comprehensive understanding of various regulatory requirements relating to Medical Imaging, including MQSA/FDA, ACR accreditation, and state and federal regulations. This knowledge allows me to ensure strict compliance and high standards in all imaging processes.
• Operational and Capital budgets, purchases, capital project management, and asset management
• Collaborates with all departments and outside contracted services to ensure a robust, viable Diagnostic Imaging Department that prioritizes customer service, satisfaction, quality, and safety.
• Advises the Executive Committee on developing technologies, regulatory requirements, or operational needs relative to the Imaging Department.
• Organizes the department with an effective delegation of responsibilities that achieve departmental, and regulatory objectives and goals. Provides staff with direction and understanding of the responsibilities.
• Conflict management, planning, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to implement organizational strategies.
• Leads Managers Meetings, Department Huddles, MRI Safety, and Radiation Safety.
