• Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Captains Career Course (CCC) is responsible for planning, sustainment support, and execution of nine MEDCoE CCC courses; supervises and manages 25 officers and eight DA civilians; conducts planning and support requirements for a cumulative throughput of over 2,000 soldiers annually; provides planning for execution in safety mitigation, transportation, administrative actions, and on-site support for in-processing, course ACFT, Field Training Exercise (FTX), graduation, and inter-department efforts for all CCC courses; and is responsible for the maintenance and disposition of over 250 laptops and equipment valued at over $200,000 to enable course execution.

Serves as a First Sergeant for a highly technical and multidisciplinary medical training company of 33 cadre and 700 IET/Prior Service Soldiers, consisting of 68C and 68M MOS annually; responsible for developing and maintaining high standards of discipline while building on technical and tactical proficiencies through physical fitness and professional development; provides mission command, logistical, and operational support; provides mentorship and leader development for Soldiers internal and external to the organization; acts as a facilitator between the company and instructional operations, collaborating between three training programs; promotes both SHARP and EO programs in order to foster a positive command climate by educating Soldiers, encouraging reporting, and safeguarding victim rights..
