Successfully managed retail store, national women's clothing brand, with annual sales of $1 million. Responsibilities
included day-to-day management of operations, staff recruitment and development, visuals and merchandising and
inventory management. Created and managed outreach programs that provided opportunities to create new client
relationships and increase both brand awareness and sales. Served as co-manager of the store before being promoted
to manager.
Developed, implemented and managed strategic marketing and communications plans for NCPDP's membership,
segment specific-outreach programs and pharmacy software products. Managed day-to-day operations of marketing
team responsible for product marketing, graphic design, event programming, social media and educational programs.
Developed, implemented and managed NCPDP's annual conference marketing plan. Additional responsibilities for
annual conference included: script writing, collateral and presentation development, keynote speakers,
partner/sponsor advertising, mobile media, daily conference newspaper and conference website. Created strategic
messaging for NCPDP member communications, print and electronic marketing materials, social media, white papers
and annual report. Developed strong working relationship with Board of Directors, executive management and other

Developed and implemented marketing and advertising campaigns designed to promote and grow tennis throughout
the Southwest. Achieved success with effective print, social media, public relations, and sponsorship procurements
designed to increase awareness of the Southwest Section. Responsible for sections' fundraising including the
marketing and sales of Southwest Sections' US Open tickets. During tenure, USTA membership increased by 10%,
annual silent auction revenue increased by 200%, and US Open tickets sold out annually. The Southwest Section is a
not for profit entity of the United States Tennis Association.
