Welcomed all guests with a smile. I guided them through the menu with detailed descriptions of Pappastios’s delicious meal options. I also made some great suggestions that paired perfectly with their meal or cocktail. I made sure to serve everyone with exceptional service and in a timely manner, so they could fully enjoy their fine dining experience. I also mingled and led conversations at the bar and on the main floor.

As a server at a family restaurant on the lake, I served delicious seafood to our guests. Through exceptional teamwork and leadership, I ensured that every table was left more than satisfied with their dining experience, all while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. Additionally, I gained valuable insights of alcohol and the art of recommending complimentary beverages.

Cheddars was where my serving career began. I learned how to provide excellent customer service by taking orders and delivering food. While there, I was also a hostess and Togo specialist, which taught me excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. These skills helped me become proficient in using reservation management software and POS systems.
