- Oversee and manage the alumni relations and stewardship programs at Penn State Great Valley by executing marketing and communication efforts, planning and implementation of various events, and acting as the primary stewardship contact for all endowment management.
- Organize a comprehensive alumni outreach and communications program, including but not limited to a bi-monthly newsletter, social media pages, impact reports, and legacy statements when applicable.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate all Development and Alumni Relations programs, and special events for the Great Valley campus, including, but not limited to, the annual Golf Outing, Tailgate, donor receptions, etc. (at least 14 annually).
- Act as a liaison for internal and external constituencies, including, but not limited to, volunteers, donors, committees, alumni, and the board.
- Promote and understand philanthropic priorities, and University-wide campaigns.
- Develop and track the Development and Alumni Relations budgets, and work effectively with the Finance Office to settle accounts payable for expenses, vendor invoices, etc.
- Initiate and execute the Great Valley Annual Alumni Awards program.
- Maintain accurate donor and alumni information for the unit through a central, proprietary database.
