As a high school senior, I've been involved with band inside of school life for over five years developing leadership and teamwork from a band member, to a clarinet section leader, to a now drum major. Additionally, I've been recognized consistently for performance excellence as I frequently performed in top ensembles and competed in ambitious competitions. My overall passion for the musical world and the effects it has on my self-improvement and life-long relationships fuel my want to improve my performance and leadership skills.

  • Provided timing and rhythmic foundation for band members to coordinate performance.
  • Helped and guided new band members through learning one-on-one and group sessions.

  • Practiced individually and with an ensemble regularly to develop consistent excellence of execution.
