Technology has found me in several ways that have been unexpected. I have found a liking for the technology environment. I not only enjoy making sales but creating trust with my message. Selling the truth brings more trust within my sales process. My background in sales/retail has been fun as I believe anyone I have worked with has been satisfied of what they bought from me.
Wireless Premium is a 3rd party vendor for At&t, Verizon, and T-mobile. We also process other pre-paid services along with phones. In the month of, February I earned top performer for the territory. To achieve my goals of consistently selling I found ways to comfort customers into buying what best fits their needs. Customer care was the biggest part of my success.
As an IT assistant for Southwest Schools my job was to re-image the student and teacher laptops. The school district has a total of 6 different locations. As a team, we worked together to accomplish the goal of getting school technology ready for student and teacher interactive learning.
