Jaden Garcia

I am a determined individual with exceptional communication and project management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. I have been recognized for taking proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with focus on optimizing processes and supporting team objectives. I do not have work experience at a "real job," but I do have work experience. I have worked for my mom at her dog grooming shop, Pampered Paws Dog Grooming for a couple years as a bather. I have learned the skills of time management and being a well paced worker to get dogs bathed on time, but efficiently. I also have experienced real labor work, during the summer of 2024 working for Maldonado's Construction located in Catawissa, Pa. I have never been truly hired, but am looking for my first real job and would love for an opportyunity to be apart of the team at Rutter's.
