Jaden Gertz

My position consists of monitoring high equity clients in groups from anywhere of 6-15 clients. I monitor these clients to ensure there safety, as clients like to engage in self harm and destruction of property . I constantly have to be alert/ aware of all clients to make sure they are just overall being safe.

I am a shift leader, and my main roll here is customer service. With this roll I ensure that all my employees are constantly maintains positive attitudes with customers. I hold myself to these same standards as well with customers. Another key roll to my job is making sure that I take proper inventory and order the correct products.
