I check in patients to be examined along with taking phone calls and scheduling patients. I also do drug screens and assist in getting paperwork filled out for the Nurse practitioners.

I worked this position both in the ER and in an outpatient center. In the ER I took patients from ER to MRI or CT rooms and started their IVs for contrast if needed and got them ready to be scanned on the table. In the outpatient center I also started IVs for contrasted MRIs and CT scans. Along with that I charted patient information and got them changed and ready for their exams. I got certified to start IVs and drug screens at Augusta Health.

Sold season passes, checked people in and out, sold merchandise. A lot of receptionist work for the resort.
