Read and comprehend production SOPS(Standards Operating Procedure). Set up equipment and ensure production materials are available . Operate the machine and observe them during production. If problems are detected , stop the process and make minor repairs or refer major problems to production leadership and or maintenance.

• Sanitized dishes, tabletops, toys and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs.
• Enforced rules and managed behavior through developmentally appropriate discipline.
• Observed play activities to identify positive behaviors and areas in need of improvement, implementing behavior redirection where appropriate.
• Promoted good behavior with positive reinforcement methods.
