Jagoda Swallop

I was a program leader for Super Center Arts Camp for 2 years. My duties included watching over/helping groups of children ages 5-10, aiding in classroom management, and creating activities for the campers. During my time there, I also picked up tasks and substituted for other areas, such as inclusion and teaching art.

I did many jobs during my time as a CSA. I will list my duties for each job below:

1. Welcome Desk

My duties included answering calls and questions, and directing clients to the department they were looking for. I also learned the program Omnigo, which I would use to manage visitors, lost and found, reports, etc., for each job I had as a CSA.

2. Dispatch/Door Monitor

For these jobs, my duties included watching the security cameras, taking in reports, helping students with any issues that arose, distributing and logging keys, using walkie-talkies, and learning the proper language for communicating with them, and checking IDs and cardholder logs.

3. Patrol

During my patrol duties, I would memorize paths of each building on campus and make sure to look out for potential problems, safety hazards, etc. And approaching/solving any problems that arose.
