Project 1:

· Explored and analyzed customer-specific features by using the R programming language.

· The objective of segmenting customers is to conclude how to identify low-hanging fruit customers in each portion to augment the estimation of every customer in the business.

Project 2:

· Once the data has undergone all necessary data transformations and is in an organized format.

· Structured data has been used to create graphs and an interactive dashboard is made by combining all the visualizations.

· Built a shiny dashboard using ui. R and server. R to analyze the materials purchased by the customers and based on the insights we can draw a business decision

· Prepared the reports and presented the interactive dashboard to share the findings with the Director of fulfillment & product Sales and Business Development Manager
