  • MRC Batch Modernization aims to streamline and automate the current batch processing workflow. Previously, developers manually uploaded scripts using WinSCP, triggering the MRC process to run and requiring manual review and promotion to production. With the modernization effort, users now have a UI to upload files directly to Amazon S3. A test batch process automatically runs the files and provides results and logs via the UI for review. Upon approval and submission of a change ticket or RITM, the files are prioritized and processed by production jobs, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Developing test plans and test cases from business requirements for System and UAT testing.
  • Worked on Functional, Smoke, Integration testing, Regression, Exploratory, Accessibility, New feature Testing, Performance testing, Non-functional, Security testing.

  • Disputes Batch primarily processes daily financial transaction dispute reports received from the external gateways and loads the data into the settlement system. It has below components.:

  • Batch will process these files, and if the format/data is valid, then it loads the dispute and reconciliation data into the PULSE Dispute System. If the data is not valid, then the system will insert detailed error information into error tables and create an incident with the Support Team to analyze and take necessary action.
  • The Dispute Settlement team would access this dispute and reconciliation data through the WIL GUI application, and based on the analysis, they can edit the data, if required. Through the GUI, users can also see file processing information.
